Video editing services in Tallahassee

You already have the footage. Monthly video editing turns it into finished, captioned, platform-ready content on a schedule, without adding an editor to payroll.

What it is

What monthly video editing is

Video editing is the post-only side of the studio: you supply the footage, we supply the finish. Most organizations do not have a content problem, they have an editing problem. Phones, event cameras, webinar recordings and past shoots pile up, and nobody has the hours to cut them. A monthly editing engagement gives you a standing pipeline: you upload what you captured, we edit to an agreed look and caption style, and finished pieces come back on a predictable cadence in the ratios each platform needs.

Who it's for

Who this is built for

  • Companies with plenty of footage and no time to edit it
  • Marketing teams publishing weekly who keep falling behind
  • Organizations sitting on webinar, event or interview recordings
  • Teams who tried hiring an in-house editor and could not keep them busy
  • Businesses that film with their own phones and want the output to look professional

Deliverables

What can be produced

Most engagements produce more than one finished piece from the same production.

  • Finished edits in a consistent, agreed look
  • Vertical, square and widescreen versions of each piece
  • Burned-in and platform captions
  • Titles, lower thirds and simple motion graphics
  • Color and audio cleanup
  • Recurring monthly delivery on an agreed schedule

Objective

What business objective it supports

  • Publish consistently without hiring an editor
  • Recover value from footage already sitting on a drive
  • Keep a uniform standard across everything the brand publishes
  • Make internal filming worth doing, because it actually gets finished

Cost

What affects cost

  • Number of finished pieces per month
  • Length and complexity of each edit
  • Condition and organization of the footage supplied
  • Graphics, captions, licensed music and stock
  • Revision rounds and turnaround expectations

Timeline

What affects timeline

  • How quickly footage is uploaded and labeled
  • Agreed monthly cadence and turnaround window
  • Number of reviewers per piece
  • Whether a look and caption style is already established

How we think about the work

Objective, audience and platform are decided before the shot list. The same seven steps run every engagement, scaled to the size of the project.

  1. 01

    Objective

What should this content accomplish? We start with the business result the work is supposed to support, not the shot list.

  2. 02

    Audience

Who needs to care? A board, a buyer, a candidate and a member are four different films, even when the subject is identical.

  3. 03

    Platform

Where will they encounter it? A LinkedIn feed, a landing page, a paid placement and a stage screen each set different rules for framing, length and sound.

  4. 04

    Story

What makes it worth watching? The idea, the structure and the opening seconds are decided before anything is scheduled.

  5. 05

    Production

Create the work. A calm, prepared crew that protects your people's time on camera and captures everything the deliverable list will need.

  6. 06

    Distribution-ready

Build the versions the plan called for, durations, aspect ratios, captions and platform masters, organized and labeled for the people publishing them.

  7. 07

    Measure

Evaluate against the original objective. Depending on the project that may mean views, watch time, engagement, clicks, traffic, inquiries, applications or registrations, measured by your team, in your own analytics.

Direct answers

Common questions, answered directly

Short answers to what buyers research before they call anyone.

What is the difference between production and editing?
Production means we film it, crew, camera, lighting and audio on location. Editing means you supply the footage and we finish it. Many teams use both: a production day for the material that has to look considered, monthly editing for everything captured in between.
We have footage but no time to edit it. Is that this?
Yes. That is exactly the case monthly editing is built for. The footage already exists and the bottleneck is hours, not cameras.
Can you edit footage we shot on phones?
Usually, yes. Phone footage cuts well when it is stable, well lit and recorded with usable audio. We will tell you honestly if source material cannot be brought to a standard worth publishing.
Do we have to commit monthly?
A recurring cadence is what makes editing predictable and worth systematizing, so it is how the service is designed. One-off editing is possible, but it is priced per project rather than as a program.

Before you hire

What to ask any production company

These questions separate a real production partner from a quote with a low number on it.

Who is actually editing our footage, and is it the same editor each month?
What is the turnaround for a finished piece, and what happens when we send more than the agreed volume?
How many revision rounds are included, and what counts as a revision?
What ratios, captions and file formats are delivered, and who owns the project files?
How do we hand over footage, and what condition does it need to be in?
Can I see finished edits made from client-supplied footage, not just full productions?
